The Alchemist Behind the Movement Jana Schwalb | Founder of Move Alchemy & Neurovitae®

My name is Jana Schwalb.

I grew up surrounded by my elderly family—a childhood that deeply shaped my soul and led me to become a caregiver for my father when I was just twelve. Witnessing those I loved age inspired my lifelong mission: to ensure that the people we care about live both long and well, without losing their genuine joy.

My professional journey includes over a decade of intense global study to master the body and mind. I went directly to the source—from advanced yoga training in Bali and India to clinical Pilates, developmental kinesiology, psychology, and mindfulness. To back my practical experience with strong leadership and scientific depth, I also earned an Executive MBA and specialized in longevity medicine.

Through founding Seniorem s radostí, a non-profit driven by real-world longevity data, I uncovered a profound truth: a safe community and deep socialization are the ultimate keys to a long healthspan.

I opened Move Alchemy here in Chur as a biological sanctuary where rigorous science meets deep human connection. It is not just a studio; it is a space for us to shed sensory overload, regulate our nervous systems, and truly thrive together through every stage of life.

The Science Behind

The Move Alchemy and Neurovitae® method is not merely a practice of aesthetics; it is a clinical evolution of movement science. Our framework is built upon the rigorous observation of human physiology in demanding environments, bridging the gap between high-performance recovery and neurological rehabilitation.

Medical Spa & Clinical Data

Further validation comes from data collected across specialized medical spa and hotel projects in the Czech Republic. These institutions operate as medical houses, providing a controlled environment to study the effects of Neurovitae® on recovery. This data confirmed that targeted movement allows the nervous system to shift from a state of preservation to one of active restoration.

Our data originates from long-term clinical work within the Seniorem s radostí non-profit foundation. Through active participation in longitudinal studies, we observed how curated movement patterns directly influence community cohesion and nervous system regulation in aging populations, proving that movement is a primary driver for social and neurological health.

By merging these diverse data sources—from philanthropic community work to formal medical hospitality—Move Alchemy provides a scientifically grounded sanctuary for those seeking to enhance their neurological resilience and physical performance.
